Job Overview

RecruitFutures is seeking an experienced Application Developer – Oracle EBS Technical to design, develop, customize, and support scalable technical solutions within Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12/R12.2.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in PL/SQL, Oracle Application Framework (OAF), RICEFW development, and Oracle EBS P2P modules.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain RICEFW components, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, BI Publisher, and Oracle Workflow.
- Design and develop technical interfaces and customizations using Oracle APIs, Open Interface Tables, and Concurrent Programs.
- Perform advanced SQL/PLSQL performance tuning and optimization.
- Provide production support and troubleshoot complex Oracle EBS technical issues.
- Work closely with functional teams to deliver technical solutions for P2P modules, including:
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Purchasing (PO)
- Payments (IBY)
- Projects (PA)
- Fixed Assets (FA)




- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and functional teams to ensure effective and scalable solution delivery.

Required Qualifications

- 7–8 years of strong hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite R12/R12.2.
- Strong expertise in PL/SQL, OAF, and full-lifecycle RICEFW development.
- Good technical and functional knowledge of Oracle EBS P2P modules.
- Experience with Oracle Forms, Reports, BI Publisher, and Workflow.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP Web Services.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
