We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead and manage the recruitment team, ensuring timely hiring of high-quality candidates across multiple roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process (exp UK healthcare staffing), managing recruiters, and ensuring hiring targets are met.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead and manage the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
*Oversee the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
*Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
*Monitor and improve recruiter performance and productivity.
*Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and timelines.
*Ensure job postings are published across job portals such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
*Maintain recruitment pipelines and ensure timely closure of open positions.
*Conduct final interviews for key roles.
*Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire,
quality of hire, and offer acceptance rate.
*Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
*Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager / Talent Acquisition Manager.
*Experience managing a recruitment team.
*Strong understanding of recruitment tools and job portals.
*Excellent communication and leadership skills.
*Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
*Experience working in staffing, healthcare recruitment, or agency recruitment is an advantage.
