We are seeking a highly motivated Area Sales Manager to drive franchise-based sales in the solar energy sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding a network of franchise partners, achieving sales targets, and promoting solar solutions in their designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, manage, and expand a network of franchise partners in the assigned region.
- Achieve sales targets through effective franchise management and support.
- Train and guide franchise partners on product knowledge, sales techniques, and operational processes.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with operations and marketing teams to support franchise activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and brand guidelines.

Requirements:





- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in franchise management or channel sales, preferably in solar/renewable energy.
- Solid negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
- Target-driven with the ability to motivate and manage multiple franchise partners.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
