Nail Technician / Nail Artist

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and creative Nail Technician to join our salon team. The candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nail care and nail enhancement services while maintaining excellent hygiene, customer service, and professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform manicures and pedicures professionally.
- Apply gel polish, cat-eye, chrome, French tips and other nail finishes.
- Provide nail extensions, including acrylic, gel, poly gel and temporary extensions.
- Perform nail art and customized nail designs according to customer requirements.
- Properly prepare, shape, buff and finish natural and artificial nails.
- Perform nail removal, refilling, repair and maintenance services.
- Recommend suitable nail services and after-care based on the client's nail condition.
- Maintain proper sanitation and sterilization of tools and workstations.
- Handle clients politely and professionally and provide a comfortable salon experience.
- Maintain cleanliness of the nail station, tools and equipment.
- Keep updated with current nail art trends, techniques and products.
- Follow salon policies, service standards and hygiene procedures.
- Maintain good relationships with clients and encourage repeat appointments.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of manicure, pedicure and nail enhancement techniques.




- Skilled in gel polish and nail art.
- Knowledge of acrylic, gel and poly gel extensions is preferred.
- Good attention to detail and finishing.
- Creativity and ability to understand client requirements.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Good hygiene and time-management practices.

Experience

0–2 years: Junior Nail Technician
2+ years: Experienced Nail Technician / Nail Artist

Candidates with strong practical skills and good nail-art work may be considered based on a skill test, irrespective of formal certification.

Working Conditions

- Full time / Part-time opportunities available.
- Salon-based work.
- Shift-based working may be required.
- Weekend and holiday availability may be required depending on salon requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
