Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and professional Client Communication Executive who can effectively communicate with clients, understand their requirements, manage follow-ups, and coordinate with internal teams. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills along with basic knowledge of social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate professionally with clients in Hindi and English.
- Handle client enquiries, follow-ups, meetings, calls, and regular communication.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
- Convince, guide, and assist clients using effective negotiation skills.
- Handle communication through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook,



email, and other platforms.
- Quickly understand new projects, services, and processes.
- Maintain a positive, confident, and professional attitude.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent command of spoken Hindi and English.
- Strong communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
- Good personality, confidence, and professional attitude.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently as well as in a team.
