We’re looking for a Meta & Google Ads Specialist to manage and grow paid campaigns for eCommerce brands. This role is fully remote and a great fit for someone who enjoys working with data, improving performance, and learning what works.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up, manage, and optimize mainly Meta and Google Ads campaigns
- Audit and come up with new strategic ideas for each client account for messaging, landing pages, conversion goals, keywords, and more.
- Write ad copy
- Conceptualize ideas for video creative
- Competitor and keyword research
- Manage bids and budgets
- Work with our creative team to improve ad performance
- Share clear insights and ideas based on campaign data
- Stay up to date with platform changes and trends
- Manage ads on other platforms like TikTok Ads and AppLovin (no experience necessary)




- Add performance updates to bi-weekly client agendas

What We Are Looking For:

- 2–4 years of experience running Meta & Google Ads for eCommerce brands
- Strong understanding of eCommerce performance metrics
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts at once
- Confident working with data to guide decisions
- Valuable communicator, written and spoken English
- Strong copywriting

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
