- Present weekly content opportunities and campaign ideas.

2. Content Strategy & Planning

- Develop weekly and monthly content calendars.
- Plan educational, promotional, testimonial, and awareness content.
- Write creative briefs and video concepts.
- Coordinate campaign timelines for product launches and seasonal promotions.

3. Creator & Shoot Management

- Assign daily content tasks to in-house creators.
- Prepare shoot schedules and ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate with founders, doctors, influencers, and customers for content creation.
- Ensure all required footage is captured during shoots.




- Track progress and maintain content production timelines.
- 4. Video Editing
- Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, and other platforms.
- 5. Content Publishing
- Schedule and publish content across all social media platforms.
- Write engaging captions and select relevant hashtags.
- Ensure content is posted according to the content calendar.
- Coordinate with the design team for thumbnails and creatives.
- Add captions, transitions, music, graphics, and branding elements.
- Optimize videos for audience retention and engagement.
- Maintain consistent visual identity across all content.
