Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and experienced senior HR with 3–4 years of hands-on experience to independently manage day-to-day HR activities.

The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of HR Operations, Recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, exit management, HR Documentation, Attendance & Leave Management, Performance Management, HR MIS, Employee Engagement, and HR Policies & Compliance.

The candidate must have excellent communication skills, a professional and well-presented personality, and strong knowledge of AI prompting and prompt engineering tools to improve HR productivity and daily work.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Conduct resume screening and initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview rounds and manage the complete hiring process.
- Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, confirmation, transfer, promotion, and exit processes.
- Maintain employee records, HR documents, and personnel files.
- Manage attendance, leave, late coming, and regularization.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Coordinate performance appraisal and probation confirmation processes.
- Implement HR policies and ensure employees follow company rules.
- Prepare and maintain HR MIS, recruitment reports, attendance reports, headcount reports, and attrition reports.
- Coordinate with Accounts/Payroll for PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Conduct exit interviews and manage clearance and release formalities.




- Plan employee engagement activities and support a positive workplace culture.
- Use AI tools and effective prompting for HR documentation, job descriptions, employee communication, HR reports, research, and workflow improvement.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Mandatory Requirements

- 3–4 years of HR experience with strong hands-on knowledge of HR operations and recruitment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional, confident, and well-presented personality.
- Strong interpersonal and employee-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong knowledge of HR documentation and HR processes.
- Good understanding of recruitment platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Strong knowledge of AI prompting / prompt engineering is mandatory.
- Candidate should be comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and other AI productivity tools for professional HR work.
- Ability to independently handle multiple HR responsibilities.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Preferred

- Previous experience in an IT/software company.
- Knowledge of HR compliance, including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Experience in preparing HR MIS and management reports.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.

Education:

MBA/PGDM in HR, MSW, or a relevant bachelor's/master's degree.
