Job Summary

Silver Storm is looking for smart, pleasant, enthusiastic, confident, and well-groomed candidates to join our Guest Welcome Team. The selected candidates will be responsible for warmly welcoming park guests, creating a positive first impression, and smoothly handing over guests to the concerned Guest Relations Executives (GREs) for further assistance.

Key Responsibilities

- Warmly welcome and greet guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Create an excellent first impression through good communication, grooming, and hospitality.
- Identify the basic requirements of guests and guide them to the appropriate GRE.
- Coordinate with the Guest Relations team and ensure a smooth guest handover.
- Provide basic information about the park, facilities, and guest services.
- Maintain a positive, energetic, and welcoming setting for visitors.
- Assist the Guest Relations team during weekends, holidays, events, and peak hours.




- Handle guest interactions politely and professionally at all times.

Candidate Profile

- Smart, confident, pleasant, and enthusiastic personality.
- Excellent grooming and professional appearance.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly and customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to interact confidently with guests from different backgrounds.
- Good command of English and Malayalam preferred.
- Knowledge of additional languages will be an added advantage.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Candidates with experience in guest relations, hospitality, hotels, resorts, amusement parks, customer service, or front office will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
