Role

Entry-level recruitment role. You will source and screen candidates and support the hiring process while being trained to become an independent recruiter.

Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and internal database
- Screen resumes and shortlist relevant profiles
- Conduct telephonic screening on interest, notice period, CTC and location
- Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and panels
- Maintain candidate trackers and daily activity reports
- Support documentation and onboarding formalities

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA/PGDM (HR) is a plus
- Robust communication in English, Gujarati and Hindi
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily
- MS Office / Basic Excel
- Willingness to learn and work to targets
