About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Full-Stack Developer who is equally strong on the front end and the back end, and who writes production-grade code end to end. You will build and maintain applications using Python on the server, Angular on the client, and relational databases underneath, all deployed and operated on AWS to support Kots's mission of transforming urban housing in India.

This is a builder’s role, not a coordinator’s. You should be comfortable writing complex SQL by hand, designing REST APIs, reasoning about performance, and owning your code through testing and deployment while contributing to a mission that combines technology, operations, and design.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain full-stack features spanning Angular front ends and Python back ends
- Write and optimise advanced SQL including multitable joins, subqueries, CTEs, and window functions
- Model and evolve relational schemas, design indexes, and tune slow queries using database analysis tools
- Develop clean, reactive Angular interfaces using standalone components, RxJS, and modern Angular patterns
- Write meaningful unit and integration tests for the code and modules you ship
- Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot services on AWS, and improve build and release pipelines
- Review peers’ code, uphold quality standards, and mentor less experienced developers

Requirements / Must-have

- 3 – 5 years of relevant,



hands-on full-stack development experience in production environments
- Solid backend experience using Python such as Flask or FastAPI for building REST APIs
- Real production experience with Angular including components, RxJS, forms, routing, and state management
- Strong SQL proficiency with the ability to write advanced queries from scratch using PostgreSQL or MySQL
- Practical experience deploying and running workloads on AWS such as ECS, Fargate, Lambda, and RDS
- Experience writing proper unit tests using pytest, Jest, or Jasmine
- Familiarity with Git workflows, Docker containerization, and CI/CD pipelines

Nice to Have

- Experience with other cloud providers like GCP or Azure alongside AWS
- Background in proptech, real estate, or high-growth consumer internet startups
- Contributions to open-source Python or Angular projects
- Experience building scalable microservices architectures

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
