Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-driven and commercially savvy Tender Manager to oversee our organization's end-to-end bidding lifecycle. In this role, you will evaluate incoming RFPs, ITTs, and RFQs, coordinate cross-functional contributors, and ensure the delivery of fully compliant, highly competitive, and timely proposals.

Key Responsibilities

- Opportunity Evaluation: Review and analyze tender documents to conduct rigorous bid/no-bid assessments based on strategic fit, risk, and win probability.
- Process Coordination: Lead the kick-off and planning phases, building realistic schedules and managing dependencies across legal, finance, technical, and sales teams.
- Proposal Development: Write and edit compelling executive summaries and key narrative sections while ensuring strict adherence to client criteria.
- Costing & Pricing: Collaborate with finance and commercial teams to verify accurate pricing structures, cost elements, and rate analyses.
- Compliance & Submission:



Ensure final packages undergo rigorous quality assurance checks and meet all submission formatting and compliance mandates prior to deadlines.
- Post-Bid Analysis: Maintain bid logs, document lessons learned, and conduct win/loss reviews to continuously optimize future capture rates.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience (typically 3–5+ years) managing complex bids, tenders, or contracts within a relevant industry.
- Project Management: Exceptional organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to handle multiple high-pressure deadlines concurrently.
- Commercial Acumen: Robust understanding of procurement rules, contract terms, risk management, and pricing strategies.
- Communication: Outstanding written, editing, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into persuasive prose

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
