About Us

Clevuh Culture Pvt. Ltd. is a BPO providing customer support and operations services to leading D2C brands. We're looking for an HR Executive who can be the face of the company on the floor — driving recruitment, engagement, and day-to-day HR operations.

About the Role

We need an HR who's hands-on and visible — someone who owns hiring end-to-end (including making the recruitment calls themselves), keeps attrition low through real engagement, runs the operational side of HR (attendance, payroll), and carries themselves with the presence and professionalism to represent the company in front of clients and new hires alike.

Key Responsibilities :-

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO roles (Agents, QA, Trainers, TLs) — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing positions on time
- Personally make recruitment/screening calls to all CVs received through job portals such as Indeed and Apna Jobs
- Explore and onboard new hiring platforms/channels beyond the usual job portals to widen the recruitment funnel
- Bring current, creative ideas to source and attract candidates for call center roles (referral programs, campus/local tie-ups, social media hiring, etc.)
- Design and run employee engagement activities and initiatives to improve retention and floor morale
- Continuously identify and propose new retention strategies based on floor feedback and attrition trends
- Maintain daily attendance tracking and manage payroll processing accurately and on time
- Build and maintain healthy, approachable relationships with agents on the floor while still commanding respect and authority
- Be visibly present on the floor — approachable to agents, but firm and consistent in enforcing policy




- Represent the company confidently in front of clients and new hires; be the face candidates and clients interact with
- Ensure all HR processes (onboarding, attendance, disciplinary, exit) are consistently followed and documented
- Handle grievance redressal and floor-level employee relations issues professionally

Requirements :-

- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills — this is mandatory, no compromise
- Prior HR experience in a BPO/call center environment strongly preferred
- Proven track record of high-volume recruitment calling and closing candidates from job portals
- Strong presence and professional demeanor — confident, well-groomed, and comfortable representing the company in front of clients
- Creative, resourceful approach to sourcing — not limited to standard job portals
- Working knowledge of attendance and payroll processes/tools
- Strong interpersonal skills — able to build trust with agents while maintaining authority and boundaries
- Bachelor's degree required; HR-specific qualification is a plus

What We Offer :-

- Fixed monthly salary of ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 CTC (based on experience and interview performance)
