- Sales Documentation: Prepare invoices, sales orders, and delivery paperwork using Dealer Management Systems (DMS) or CRM software.
- Coordination: Manage communication between sales teams, finance, insurance, and RTO (Regional Transport Office) registration desks.
- Service Operations: Track scheduled maintenance, handle customer service queries, and manage service records or parts inventory.
- Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales or service MIS (Management Information System) reports
