The company is a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, looking for a skilled Payroll Operations Executive with hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll processing. The candidate should have managed payroll for 1,000+ employees and possess strong knowledge of payroll operations and statutory compliances. Experience in the manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.

Job Description:

The company is looking for a *Payroll Executive* who will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely salary processing, statutory compliance, payroll reporting, and employee query resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for *1,000+ employees*.
- Process monthly salaries, attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, and deductions.
- Handle payroll inputs and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
- Manage statutory compliances including *PF, ESIC, PT, LWF*, and related filings.
- Process Full & Final Settlements (F&F;) and manage employee exit formalities.
- Prepare payroll MIS reports and maintain accurate payroll records.
- Resolve employee queries related to salary, deductions, attendance, and payroll.




- Coordinate with HR and Accounts teams for payroll-related activities.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance throughout payroll operations.
- Maintain proper documentation and records related to payroll and statutory compliance.

Key Requirement:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in Payroll Operations.
- Experience handling payroll for *1,000+ employees is mandatory*.
- Hands-on experience with *Spine Software is mandatory*.
- Strong knowledge of *PF, ESIC, PT, LWF*, and other payroll compliances.
- Manufacturing industry experience will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of *MS Excel* and payroll reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain payroll accuracy and confidentiality.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Pay: Up to ₹360,000.00 per year
