Full Time Salary: ₹14,500 to ₹16,000 + Up to 10k Incentive

Full Time Shifts: Day

Role Summary: As a Customer Care Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling calls, addressing queries, and delivering effective solutions in a timely and professional manner in Tamil.

Key Responsibilities: Manage customer interactions Identify and resolve customer issues effectively Maintain accurate records of conversations Meet performance and quality standards.
