Job Responsibilities
- Assemble SPM and automation machines as per engineering drawings.
- Perform mechanical assembly, fitting, drilling, tapping and alignment.
- Read and understand 2D mechanical drawings and assembly drawings.
- Install pneumatic cylinders, sensors, linear guides, motors and other machine components.
- Perform machine alignment and basic troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with Design, Electrical and PLC teams during machine assembly and commissioning.
- Ensure proper quality and accuracy during machine assembly.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in SPM / Automation machine assembly.
- Knowledge of mechanical components and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings.
- Valuable knowledge of fitting, alignment, drilling and tapping.
- Willingness to work at customer sites when required.
Only candidates with relevant SPM / Automation Assembly experience preferred.
