Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Senior PPC Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns to generate quality leads and improve ROI. The role requires strong analytical skills and experience managing multiple campaigns/projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Manage Search, Display, Performance Max, Remarketing, and other relevant campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, audience research, and targeting.
- Monitor and optimize CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, Conversion Rate, ROAS, and ROI.
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad copies, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads & Meta Pixel.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and reduce unnecessary ad spend.




- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Work closely with SEO, Content, Design, and Development teams.
- Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, platform updates, and advertising best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in PPC/Paid Advertising.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Experience in lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Robust understanding of keyword research, bidding, remarketing, and campaign optimization.
- Hands-on knowledge of GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, and analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Experience in a Digital Marketing/IT agency will be preferred.
- Experience handling international clients/campaigns will be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

- Google Ads certification is a plus.
- Immediate joiner or short notice period preferred.
- Experience with large advertising budgets and performance-driven campaigns is an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,806.74 - ₹65,054.97 per month
