Job description:

Roles & Responsibilities:-

* Incentives & Bonus will be offered.

* Fulfill a range of marketing functions, e.g. promoting properties by listing, writing advertisements, or arranging viewings.

* Develop sales strategies to acquire new customers or clients.

* Develop online marketing network and manage the network.

* Proficient in lead generation.

* Managing the Sales Office Flow.

* Closing the deals.

* Sales Activity and Payment details

* Creating a network of CP's.

* Closing the deals.

* Following up with CP's for more visits.

* Encouraging the CP's.

* Sales Activity and Payment details.

Qualification:-

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business.

*10+ Years of total work experience is preferable.

* 5+ years Experience from Real Estate is compulsory.





* Excellent verbal & written communication over English and basic command over Hindi and Gujarati.

· * Very diligent in follow-ups and persistent to ensure deal closures.

· * Ability to lead self at work independently without day-to-day supervision.

· * Go-getter attitude resulting in high decibel of competitiveness.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
