We are looking for energetic and experienced Customer Service / Voice Process Executives to join our growing team for a US-based process in DN Nagar, Andheri W, Mumbai.

Role Details

Role: Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Location: DN Nagar, Andheri W, Mumbai (Work from Office)

Salary: ₹2,40,000 – ₹3,60,000 Per Annum

Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zone)

Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year in International BPO

What We’re Looking For

✔ Prior experience in a US Voice Process (International BPO)

✔ Excellent spoken English communication skills

✔ Comfortable working night shifts

✔ Candidates residing in Mumbai suburbs preferred

✔ HSC or Graduate in any stream
