The Role

We're not looking for interns who wait to be told what to do. We want AI-native builders who can jump into a real codebase, ship meaningful features, and learn by doing — using AI copilots and contemporary dev tools from day one. This isn't a "shadow the team" internship. You'll write code that ships, debug real issues, and contribute to systems that power live autonomous missions globally.

What You'll Own





• Build & Ship Work on real backend services, APIs, or frontend dashboards under the guidance of senior engineers — not toy projects. • AI-Native Development Use Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and other AI coding tools as your daily co-engineer, not an occasional crutch. • Learn Systems Thinking Get exposure across backend, cloud, integrations, and distributed systems instead of being boxed into one narrow task. • Move Fast, Iterate Prototype quickly, take feedback, and turn it into working code. • Cross-Team Exposure Collaborate with engineers across robotics, AI, and product to see how features go from idea to production.

Best Suited For

• Currently pursuing (or recently completed) a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Solid fundamentals in data structures/algorithms and at least one programming language (Python, Node.js, Go, Java, etc.). • Comfort with — or eagerness to learn — AI coding tools as part of your default workflow. • A builder's mindset: you'd rather ship something imperfect and improve it than wait for the "right" way to do it. • Curiosity and speed — you pick up new tools and stacks fast without needing hand-holding.
