- Set up CNC Turning machines as per production drawings and process requirements.
- Perform tool setting, offset corrections, and machine parameter adjustments.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, and machining specifications.
- Conduct first-piece inspection and ensure components meet quality standards.
- Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues to minimize downtime.
- Optimize cycle time and improve machining productivity.
- Use precision measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges for inspection.
- Follow safety, 5S, and quality procedures while coordinating with Production and Quality teams to meet daily targets.
- Knowledge of G code, M code, 2/3-axis machining, basic Master Cam, and safety practices.
