Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced sales professional to drive B2C sales and support the growth of the sales function. The ideal candidate should have strong sales and strategy experience, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in managing B2C sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute GTM plans to achieve expansion and revenue targets.

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve business goals.

Set transparent and measurable sales targets for the team.

Coach and mentor sales consultants on sales processes and target achievement.





Track sales funnel and take ownership of sales targets.

Conduct market research, analyze competition, and identify market opportunities.

Develop sales, marketing, and expansion strategies based on market insights.

Drive key sales metrics, customer focus, and team performance.

Build and develop high-performing sales teams.

Work closely with internal teams to execute short-term and long-term growth strategies.
