We are looking for a motivated and experienced Telecalling Team Leader to manage, guide, and support our telecalling team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, target-oriented mindset, and the ability to improve team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of telecallers
- Monitor daily calling activities and performance
- Ensure team achieves targets
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members
- Handle escalated customer calls when required
- Maintain call quality and ensure proper communication standards
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
- Coordinate with management for strategy and improvements
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid problem-solving ability
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
