Porceko® is engaged in the production of high-end porcelain slabs and tiles. We deliver premium porcelain surfaces for the architectural and interior design industry and work closely with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Consultants, and other industry professionals.

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in the Ceramic or Building Materials industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, and Consultants.
- Develop and utilize an existing network within the Architecture and Interior Design industry to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular market visits, client meetings, networking activities, and follow-ups.
- Identify new projects and business opportunities for porcelain slabs and tiles.
- Give product presentations and introduce the Porceko® brand to prospective clients.
- Generate, manage, and follow up on business leads.
- Track ongoing and upcoming architectural and interior projects.
- Maintain regular communication and follow-up with clients to convert business opportunities.
- Gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor information.
- Maintain records of client meetings, follow-ups, leads, and business development activities.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities and achievements.




- Represent the company professionally during client meetings and presentations.

Candidate Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Ceramic, Tiles, Porcelain, Sanitaryware, or Wholesale Building Materials.
- Solid existing network with Architects and Interior Designers is mandatory/preferred.
- Experience in Business Development, Field Sales, Client Handling, or B2B Sales.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Good negotiation, convincing, and follow-up abilities.
- Confident in conducting client meetings and building professional relationships.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and result-oriented.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities within the assigned territory.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
