- Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closing
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, and networking
- Conduct initial phone/video screens to assess candidate qualifications, motivations, and cultural fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring panels; gather and consolidate interview feedback
- Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers with explicit, data-backed recommendations
- Manage the offer process, including salary negotiation in coordination with HR and compensation guidelines
- Ensure a positive, professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Track and report on key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, pipeline conversion, etc.)
- Stay current on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices
- Support employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs/campus recruiting as needed

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
