Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with strong insurance industry experience to lead the sales team, drive business growth, develop new customer relationships, and achieve revenue and premium targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Generate new business through direct sales, referrals, corporate clients, and channel partners.
- Identify and develop current markets and business opportunities.
- Handle insurance products such as Life, Health, General, or Group Insurance, as applicable.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and corporate clients.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, reviews, and performance assessments.
- Monitor leads, conversions, renewals, premium collections, and overall sales performance.




- Ensure proper follow-up with prospects and existing customers.
- Coordinate with underwriting, claims, operations, and customer service teams.
- Ensure sales activities comply with company policies and applicable insurance regulations.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards for management.
- Train team members on products, sales techniques, customer handling, and compliance.
- Track competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
