Job description:

We are looking for a Influencer Sourcing Executive to join our Influencer Marketing team. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify, evaluate, and onboard the right influencers for our marketing campaigns across multiple product categories, including skincare, haircare, baby care, and personal care. The ideal candidate should possess strong negotiation skills, understand the influencer ecosystem, and be able to secure high-quality collaborations within budget

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Source and identify relevant nano, micro, macro, and celebrity influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Research influencer profiles based on brand alignment, audience demographics, engagement, content quality, and campaign objectives.
- Build a strong pipeline of influencers across skincare, haircare, baby care, personal care, and other product categories.
- Reach out to influencers, talent managers, and agencies to initiate collaboration opportunities.
- Negotiate commercials, deliverables, usage rights, timelines,



and campaign terms to achieve the best value for the brand.
- Track influencer sourcing progress and provide weekly reports on outreach, negotiations, and confirmed collaborations.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or talent sourcing.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Good understanding of Instagram and YouTube influencer metrics.
- Ability to evaluate engagement rate, audience authenticity, and content quality.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Previous experience in the beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or personal care industry is preferred.
