Hiring: Senior Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate quality leads and business opportunities through Upwork.
- Identify suitable projects and submit effective proposals.
- Handle client communication and conduct professional client calls.
- Convert leads into successful projects and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for project discussions.
- Follow up with potential clients and ensure timely conversions.
- Manage Upwork profiles efficiently and maintain a strong conversion ratio.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in the IT industry.
- Robust hands-on experience with Upwork bidding and lead generation.




- Proven experience in handling international client calls and meetings.
- Strong understanding of lead conversion and client acquisition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and convert opportunities into projects.
- Experience working with different bidding strategies and maintaining Upwork profiles.
