We are seeking enthusiastic and presentable Counter Sales Executives to represent our brand across our premium showrooms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury retail, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to guide customers in selecting the perfect pieces across our Gold, Diamond, Silver, and Platinum collections.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Experience: Warmly greet customers, understand their preferences, and provide personalized recommendations to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Product Presentation: Confidently showcase and explain the features, craftsmanship, and pricing of Gold, Diamond, Silver, and Platinum jewellery.
- Sales & Targets: Actively drive sales to meet and exceed monthly store targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Store Operations: Assist with visual merchandising, maintaining counter hygiene, and conducting daily inventory checks.
- Transaction Handling:



Guide customers through the billing process smoothly and professionally.

Requirements

- Language Skills: Absolute fluency in Bengali and English is mandatory. (Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage).
- Experience: Prior experience in retail sales (jewellery, luxury goods, or fashion) is highly preferred, though freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Skills: Strong persuasive skills, active listening, and a customer-first attitude.
- Product Knowledge: Willingness to learn and retain detailed information about different metals, gem grades, and jewellery making (training will be provided).

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
