- Understand customers’ insurance requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions
- Explain insurance policies and options clearly and transparently
- Assist customers who have already shown interest — no cold calling
- Help customers make informed insurance decisions
- Handle customer queries and provide a smooth customer experience
- Maintain accurate customer information using basic digital tools
WHO CAN APPLY?
