Job Summary

SAP Basis Admin

Key Responsibilities

 Install, manage, monitor, tune & troubleshoot SAP systems and databases in accordance with defined SLAs  Manage & monitor operating systems on all SAP Systems  Provide SAP basis support to other SAP Teams  Work with IT Operations team members to design and implement controls for current technologies, systems & their supporting infrastructure to ensure systems are available and recoverable in accordance with our service level agreements  Availability to work selected weekends to perform off-hours maintenance to ensure our systems are available and secure  Availability to participate in a rotating on-call program for after-hours emergency support  Provide guidance to other SAP Basis/Auths Team members including external contractors
