About the role

The Site Engineer is responsible for the technical execution and on-ground supervision of K2K's industrial construction projects. The role works closely with project managers, consultants, and site teams to ensure work is delivered to specification, on schedule, and within budget — with the precision that industrial projects demand.

Key responsibilities

- Interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and convert them into clear execution plans for the site team.
- Supervise execution of RCC work, structural steel, machine foundations, industrial sheds, and finishing activities.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and tolerance control, particularly for equipment foundations where deviations are not acceptable.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, and clients for site queries, RFIs, and approvals.
- Plan and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly activities; track progress against the master schedule.
- Monitor material quality and workmanship; conduct inspections and quality checks.
- Maintain site records — daily progress reports, material consumption, labor deployment, and cube test results.




- Coordinate with the billing team for joint measurement and certification of executed work.
- Identify and resolve site issues; escalate critical matters in time.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements at all times.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Diploma holders with strong industrial experience may also be considered).
- 3–7+ years of construction experience; industrial construction experience strongly preferred.
- Hands-on exposure to machine foundations, water management systems, or industrial sheds is a significant plus.

Skills

- Strong drawing reading and interpretation skills; proficient in AutoCAD.
- Working knowledge of relevant IS codes and construction standards.
- Familiar with MS Office and project planning tools (MS Project or Primavera is a plus).
- Robust leadership, coordination, and problem-solving ability.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
