Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Site Operations Executive to be deployed at our client's location. The candidate will act as the primary point of coordination for day-to-day transport operations, ensuring seamless vehicle availability, timely reporting, and effective communication between drivers, transport partners, and the client.

Key ResponsibilitiesVehicle Operations & Reporting

- Monitor daily vehicle deployment and reporting schedules.
- Ensure vehicles report on time as per client requirements.
- Maintain records of vehicle movements, attendance, and trip details.
- Prepare and submit daily operational reports to management and the client.

Fleet Coordination

- Arrange alternative vehicles in case of breakdowns, delays, or non-availability.
- Coordinate with transport vendors and drivers to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Track vehicle availability and optimize fleet utilization.

Client Coordination

- Serve as the in office representative for all transport-related activities.
- Address operational concerns raised by the client and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain professional relationships with client stakeholders.

Driver & Vendor Management

- Coordinate with drivers regarding reporting times, route plans, and operational instructions.




- Follow up with transport partners to ensure compliance with service requirements.
- Escalate operational issues to management when required.

Documentation & Compliance

- Verify vehicle documents, permits, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Maintain records of vehicle details, driver information, and operational documentation.
- Ensure adherence to company and client SOPs.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate/Diploma in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in transport operations, logistics, fleet management, or supply chain operations.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and work under pressure.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Willingness to work from the client's location and in rotational shifts if required.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in FMCG, e-commerce, logistics, or transportation operations.
- Familiarity with vehicle tracking systems and transport management processes.
- Problem-solving mindset and strong ownership of operations.

Compensation

As per industry standards and candidate experience.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
