Scholars Abroad Solutions – Language Academy is looking for energetic and confident Telecallers to join our growing team.

The candidate will be responsible for contacting students and parents, explaining our study abroad and language training programs, following up with leads, and assisting potential students throughout the initial counselling process.

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to students and prospective customers.
- Explain study abroad programs, courses, and services.
- Follow up with interested candidates and maintain regular communication.
- Generate and manage leads through calls and follow-ups.
- Schedule counselling appointments.
- Maintain daily call and lead records.
- Achieve assigned calling and conversion targets.
- Build a positive relationship with students and parents.
- Requirements Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Confident and friendly personality.



Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge. Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in telecalling, counselling, education, or sales is an advantage.
