About the Role

Technomeraz Solutions is looking for a passionate and experienced Embedded C Trainer who can train students and aspiring embedded engineers through practical, industry-oriented learning.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Embedded C, microcontrollers, programming fundamentals, and embedded systems and should be able to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging way.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct live training sessions on Embedded C and Embedded Systems
- Teach C programming fundamentals, pointers, structures, memory management, and bitwise operations
- Explain microcontroller architecture and peripheral programming
- Provide hands-on coding exercises and practical assignments
- Guide students through mini-projects and real-world embedded applications
- Debug and troubleshoot students' code
- Prepare training materials, assignments, quizzes, and project tasks
- Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Keep the training content aligned with current industry requirements

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in C programming
- Positive understanding of Embedded C
- Knowledge of microcontrollers such as 8051, AVR, PIC,



ARM, STM32, or similar
- Understanding of GPIO, UART, SPI, I2C, timers, interrupts, ADC, PWM, etc.
- Familiarity with embedded development tools and debugging
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to teach beginners as well as intermediate-level learners
- Practical project experience in embedded systems

Good to Have

- Experience with STM32 / ARM Cortex-M
- RTOS knowledge
- Embedded Linux basics
- CAN, Modbus, or other communication protocols
- IoT or automotive embedded experience
- Experience mentoring students or freshers
- Industry experience in embedded product development
