- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Experience: 8–12 years of hands-on shop floor experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within a tube mill, heat exchanger, or heavy fabrication industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of finning machine operations, metallurgy, heat treatment, and welding procedures.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing cross-functional production teams and handling high-stakes international export audits.

Key Responsibilities

- Production Operations: Oversee the complete manufacturing lifecycle of high finned tubes (extruded, embedded, or wrapped) to meet aggressive US delivery timelines.
- Capacity Planning: Optimize shop floor layout,



machine utilization (finning machines, tube mills), and workforce allocation to maximize throughput.
- US Standard Compliance: Partner with the QA team to ensure all processes align with ASME, ASTM, and strict client-specific engineering drawings.
- Process Improvement: Implement lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to minimize scrap, reduce cycle times, and lower production costs.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
