Job Description – Oiler Operator | Detroj, Gujarat

Position: Oiler Operator
Location: Detroj, Gujarat
Department: O&M;
Industry: Water & Wastewater Treatment

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor oiling/lubrication activities for plant equipment
- Carry out routine lubrication of pumps, motors, blowers, gearboxes, bearings and other rotating equipment
- Check oil levels, grease points and lubrication schedules
- Identify abnormal noise, vibration, overheating and oil leakage in equipment
- Maintain lubrication records and daily checklists
- Support preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance activities
- Ensure proper handling, storage and disposal of lubricants and used oil
- Coordinate with operators and maintenance team during equipment maintenance
- Follow site safety procedures,



PPE requirements and housekeeping standards

Qualification: ITI / Diploma – Mechanical preferred

Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in industrial plant maintenance / lubrication activities

Skills Required: Basic mechanical knowledge, knowledge of pumps and rotating equipment, lubrication practices, preventive maintenance and safety awareness

Salary: 20-23k Gross

Job Location: Detroj, Gujarat

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
