Sales Executive – Software Product Sales

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to help grow our software product by identifying leads, connecting with potential customers, and supporting the end-to-end sales process. This role is ideal for professionals with 1–1.5 years of experience in software product sales who are looking to grow their career in software / SaaS sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and follow up with potential customers through calls, emails, and online channels
- Understand the software product and clearly explain features and benefits to clients
- Conduct product demos and customer onboarding under guidance
- Maintain and update leads in CRM tools or tracking sheets
- Follow up on inquiries, free trials, and proposals
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to convert leads
- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate product information
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the internal team




- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, follow-ups, and lead status

Skills Required:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- 1–1.5 years of experience in Software Product Sales is mandatory
- Good understanding of software products and sales processes
- Basic to strong understanding of sales concepts
- Ability to convince prospects and build long-term customer relationships
- Comfortable with calling, emailing, product demonstrations, and regular follow-ups
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn
- Ability to work independently in a remote workplace
- Good time management and follow-up skills

Qualifications:

- Graduate or Diploma in a related field (Sales, Marketing, Business, or similar)
- 1 – 1.5 years of sales experience
- Experience in Software Product Sales is mandatory
- Must be fluent in English
