Job Title: Mobile Videographer / Smartphone Content Shooter (On-Location)

Role Overview We are seeking an on-ground Mobile Videographer to shoot high-quality, professional video content exclusively using mobile ecosystems. This role handles all ground-level production—framing, movement, mobile lighting, wireless audio, and manual camera control—to capture crisp vertical (9:16) and horizontal (16:9) footage.

Device & Hardware Requirements

- Primary Device: Candidate must own and shoot on a high-end, production-grade smartphone:
- Apple: iPhone 14 Pro, 15 Pro/Pro Max, 16 Pro/Pro Max (or newer) with support for ProRes / Log recording.
- Samsung: Galaxy S23 Ultra, S24 Ultra, S25 Ultra (or newer) with manual Pro Video Mode / 4K60+ capture capabilities.

Core Responsibilities

- Mobile Cinematography: Capture energetic b-roll, walk-and-talks, interviews, and product shots using professional mobile camera apps.
- Camera Stabilization & Rigging: Operate smartphone with gimbals, handheld phone cages, grips, and mini tripods for steady, cinematic movements.
- Wireless Audio Setup: Rig and monitor compact wireless microphones (e.g., DJI Mic, Rode Wireless GO/ME, Hollyland Lark) connected directly to the smartphone via USB-C or Lightning.
- Exposure & Manual Controls: Shoot using fixed frame rates (24fps, 30fps, 60fps, 120fps), manual white balance, locked shutter speeds, and flat/log color profiles to prevent auto-exposure shifts.
- Asset Offloading: Organize, back up,



and transfer high-bitrate video clips to cloud storage or external drives immediately after each shoot session.

Technical Skills & Qualifications

- Proven portfolio of ground-level video shoots captured entirely on mobile devices.
- Mastery of mobile camera mechanics: optical focal lengths (wide, ultra-wide, telephoto), optical image stabilization vs. digital stabilization, and manual ISO/shutter speed relationships.
- Solid grasp of composition for both short-form social formats (Reels, Shorts) and standard landscape video.

Logistical Requirements

- Ability to work actively on your feet for extended mobile shoot schedules across indoor and outdoor environments.
- Reliable power management on location.
- On-Site Connectivity: Maintain an active, high-speed mobile data plan (5G preferred) or carry a portable hotspot for immediate, on-the-go cloud uploads and quick asset delivery to the editing team.
- Run-and-Gun Adaptability: Comfortable navigating crowded public spaces, live events, or tight locations to capture organic footage discreetly without the footprint of a large production crew.
- Location Scouting: Ability to arrive early to rapidly scout lighting conditions, check background noise levels, and secure the best shooting angles before the talent or subjects arrive.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
