Experience: 2–3 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, develop, and execute YASHHO social media campaigns aligned with branding, promotion, lead-generation, and business objectives.
- Create engaging posts, reels, captions, campaign concepts, and content ideas for different target audiences.
- Manage YASHHO’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant digital platforms.
- Create basic social media creatives and videos as required. For advanced video production, coordinate effectively with assigned video editors and external creative resources.
- Maintain and follow the social media content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent publishing.
- Track and analyse reach, engagement, follower growth, content performance, enquiries, and lead generation.
- Identify high-performing and low-performing content and continuously improve campaigns based on performance data.
- Respond professionally and promptly to audience comments, direct messages, enquiries, and interactions.
- Support the planning and execution of paid advertising, boosted posts, digital promotions, and lead-generation campaigns.
- Ensure every post, reel, video, caption, and campaign maintains a consistent YASHHO brand voice, messaging, visual identity, and positioning.




- Stay updated on social media trends, platform changes, formats, and content opportunities relevant to YASHHO.

Preferred Abilities:

- Strong understanding of social media trends and algorithms
- Good content-writing and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and digital analytics
- Fluency in Kannada, English and Hindi
- Experience in education, EdTech or youth-focused marketing is an advantage
- Preference will be given to Kannadiga candidates

Annual CTC: Up to ₹10 Lakhs (CTC including Performance-Linked Incentives - PLI)
