Key Responsibilities:

· Handle all inbound enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, website, and Hub walk-ins with high responsiveness and professionalism

· Conduct structured discovery conversations to understand customer requirements, budget ranges, timelines, and decision drivers

· Demonstrate a complete understanding of the sales cycle in architecture and interiors—from first enquiry to design discussions, proposal, and closure

· Educate customers on the BluPrnt model, ecosystem, and how design firms typically engage clients

· Assess customer readiness and seriousness before routing to design firms

· Shortlist and connect customers to the most relevant architecture or interior firms, based on scope, budget, and style fit

· Ensure warm, well-documented handovers, including clear notes on expectations, constraints, and next steps

Skills & Experience:

· 1-4 years of experience in customer-facing, consultative, or sales roles, preferably within:

· Top-tier architecture firms

· Leading interior design studios

· Design-build or premium interiors companies in Bengaluru





· Strong understanding of the end-to-end sales cycle in the AEC / interiors industry:

· Lead enquiry

· Discovery & qualification

· Design discussions

· Proposal & negotiation

· Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills; able to build trust quickly

· Comfortable engaging with:

· Homeowners

· Senior architects / design principals

· Internal teams simultaneously

· Ability to ask the right questions, manage expectations, and avoid misaligned leads

· Organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined in documentation and follow-ups
