We are looking for a friendly and responsible F&B; Assistant to support our Food & Beverage team in providing excellent service to guests. The candidate should maintain cleanliness, follow food safety standards, and assist in smooth day-to-day restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a polite and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders and serve guests efficiently.
- Assist in preparing and arranging food and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, kitchen support areas, and equipment.
- Ensure proper table setup before and after service.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
- Check and maintain proper stock of F&B; items when required.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and inform the supervisor when required.
- Follow company rules,
attendance policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Perform other duties assigned by the F&B; Supervisor or Manager.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant, resort, hotel, or similar environment is an advantage.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Good personal hygiene and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work versatile shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
