About the Role

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and result-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, audience engagement, and social media analytics.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and maintain monthly/weekly social media content calendars.
- Create engaging content ideas for posts, reels, stories, carousels, and short-form videos.
- Write creative captions, hooks, hashtags, and social media copy.
- Research trending topics, formats, hashtags, and social media trends.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers for timely content delivery.
- Schedule and publish content according to the content calendar.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience engagement and respond appropriately.
- Track social media performance, including reach, engagement, follower growth, impressions, and other key metrics.




- Prepare weekly/monthly social media performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Monitor competitors and identify new opportunities for content and audience growth.
- Support organic and paid social media campaigns when required.
- Stay updated with social media algorithm changes, platform updates, and emerging trends.
- Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all social media platforms.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Good understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools will be an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools is an added advantage.
