Position: Floater Orthodontist

Location: Delhi NCR – Multiple toothsi Centres
Shift Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Working Days: 6 days a week
Week Off: Rotational Week Off – No fixed weekends off
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹55,000 Gross/Month + Performance Incentives + Travel Allowance

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Floater Orthodontist to support our toothsi centres across North Delhi NCR.

The candidate will be responsible for providing orthodontic consultations and clinical support across multiple centres based on business requirements. This role is ideal for an orthodontist who is comfortable travelling within Delhi NCR and working across different retail clinic locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct clinical consultations, orthodontic assessments, and treatment planning.
- Diagnose orthodontic cases and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
- Supervise and monitor clear aligner/invisible braces treatments.
- Perform IPR and attachment placement as required.




- Take impressions and/or digital scans as per treatment requirements.
- Conduct patient follow-ups and monitor clinical progress.
- Handle patient queries and ensure a smooth clinical experience.
- Maintain clinic hygiene, patient safety, and adherence to clinical SOPs.
- Collaborate with dental planners, customer support, and other internal teams.
- Provide clinical coverage across multiple toothsi centres in North Delhi NCR.
- Travel between centres based on operational requirements.

Desired Profile

- Qualification: BDS + MDS in Orthodontics – Mandatory.
- Experience: 1–3 years of clinical orthodontic experience.
- Clear aligner experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and patient-handling skills.
- Comfortable using intraoral scanners and digital dental tools.
- Willing to travel across multiple toothsi centres within Delhi NCR.
- Comfortable working in a retail setup with high patient interaction.
