*Job Description*:

As an Architect at Acme Designers, you will work closely with the Chief Architect on theme-based designs for large-scale projects. Your role will include conceptualizing and developing floor plans, elevations, and space planning while ensuring design requirements align with client needs.

Key responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the Chief Architect to create theme-based designs.

- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and space analysis.

- Translate design concepts into detailed drawings and client presentations.

- Create initial sketches for floor plans and sections.

- Use AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to generate design and presentation materials.

- Oversee MEP, fire drawings, electrical, HVAC, acoustics, and structural engineering aspects.

- Coordinate site work, ensuring that designs are implemented accurately.

- Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and the internal team.

*Job Requirements*:

- *Education*: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

- *Experience*: 2+ years in architecture and interior design, preferably in theme-based projects.

- *Skills*: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.





- *Communication*: written and verbal communication skills in English.

- *Technical Knowledge*: In MEP, fire drawings, electrical, HVAC, acoustics, and structural systems.

- *Design Skills*: Expertise in creating sketches and floor plans, elevations, and sections.

- *Site Coordination*: Experience in site supervision and managing contractors to ensure design accuracy.

- *Material Knowledge*: Familiarity with architectural materials, including flooring, ceiling, and roofing.
