About the Role
Gleuhr Wellness Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident, professional, and target-oriented Sales Advisor to handle client counselling and sales for our Skin, Wellness, Aesthetic & Cosmetology services.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle face-to-face and telephone enquiries from clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable service/package information.
- Conduct effective sales counselling and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Follow up with leads and existing clients.
- Explain services, treatment plans, packages, and offers professionally.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Maintain daily sales and follow-up records in CRM.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and other departments.
- Maintain solid client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Previous experience in Sales, Counselling, Wellness, Healthcare,
Skin Clinic, Cosmetology, Hospitality, or Customer Service will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong face-to-face client-handling ability.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also apply.
Training & Employment Terms
- 7–10 Days Unpaid Training will be provided.
- Training will cover company services, sales counselling, client handling, CRM, and company processes.
- Salary will start as per the final employment terms after successful completion of training.
- 2-Year Employment Agreement will be applicable and signed at the time of joining.
