About the Role:

Nuovo Accessories Private Limited is seeking a highly motivated and skilled E-commerce Executive to join our team. As an E-commerce Executive, you will be responsible for managing our presence on various e-commerce platforms, including but not limited to Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and others. This role requires proficiency in handling all aspects of e-commerce operations, from product listings and inventory management to sales optimization and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Product Listings: Ensure accurate and optimized product listings across all e-commerce platforms, including descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and coordinate with the production team to ensure sufficient stock availability.
- Order Management: Process orders efficiently, manage order fulfillment, and coordinate with logistics partners for timely delivery.
- Shipping and Returns: Handle shipping logistics, manage returns and exchanges, and ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the process.
- Marketing: Implement marketing strategies to promote products and drive sales on e-commerce platforms, including sponsored ads, promotions, and campaigns.




- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and stay ahead of the competition.
- Inventory Optimization: Analyze sales data and inventory turnover rates to optimize stock levels and minimize excess inventory.
- Platform Management: Stay updated on the latest features and policies of e-commerce platforms and ensure compliance with their guidelines.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on sales performance, inventory status, and other key metrics to track progress and inform decision-making.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and production, to align e-commerce activities with overall business objectives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
