About the Role

AYS Immigration Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and highly responsible IT Systems & CRM Manager to take ownership of the company’s internal technology systems, CRM operations, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure and technology vendors.

This is a full-time night-shift position based at our Patiala office.

AYS is currently developing a custom CRM, client portal and mobile application to manage leads, clients, immigration cases, documents, workflows, deadlines, communication, reviews, approvals and management reporting.

The successful candidate will work closely with management and our software-development team during implementation and will later become the internal owner and administrator of the system.

This is not a basic IT support position. We are looking for someone who can manage technology independently, improve productivity, identify system/process weaknesses and provide management with meaningful operational reports.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and administer the company’s CRM and client-management systems
- Work directly with software developers during development, testing and implementation
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Manage users, roles, permissions and access controls
- Configure workflows, tasks and service templates
- Monitor system performance and operational issues
- Coordinate bug fixes, improvements and system upgrades
- Manage company computers, networks, printers and business software
- Manage Microsoft 365,



Google Workspace or similar platforms
- Manage employee onboarding/offboarding from an IT perspective
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity best practices
- Manage MFA, passwords and access controls
- Monitor backups, cloud infrastructure and data-security processes
- Assist with AWS, Azure or other cloud infrastructure
- Work with APIs, databases and third-party integrations
- Coordinate with external IT vendors and software developers
- Maintain technical documentation and IT asset records
- Troubleshoot employee technology issues
- Identify automation opportunities to reduce repetitive work
- Assist management with technology planning and digital transformation

Operational Audit & Management Reporting

The IT Systems & CRM Manager will also help management monitor operational activity through the CRM, including:

- Overdue cases and tasks
- Cases with no recent activity
- Files waiting for employee action
- Documents waiting for staff review
- Cases pending senior review
- Missed internal deadlines
- Workflow delays
- Employee system activity
- Case-processing turnaround time
- Cases returned for corrections
- Permission and access changes
- Missing client confirmations or consent
- Missing submission records
- System usage and productivity trends

This role focuses on system,



process and operational compliance and does not involve providing immigration or legal advice.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
- 2–7 years of relevant skilled experience preferred
- Experience administering CRM, ERP or business-management systems
- Strong understanding of role-based access control and user permissions
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure or similar cloud platforms
- Understanding of databases, APIs and integrations
- Good cybersecurity knowledge
- Experience with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with software-development teams
- Knowledge of GitHub/GitLab is an asset
- Experience with Power BI, dashboards or analytics is an asset
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- High level of confidentiality and professional integrity
- Must be comfortable working a full-time night shift

Compensation

₹30,000–₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and technical capabilities.

Higher compensation may be considered for exceptional candidates with robust experience in CRM implementation, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, databases, analytics or software vendor management.
