Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end statutory compliance including:
- GST: Filing returns, reconciling input/output credits, and ensuring timely payments
- TDS: Deduction, deposit, and filing of returns as per applicable laws
- Income Tax: Assisting in computations, compliance, and coordination with auditors
- PF & ESIC: Timely contributions, reconciliation, and return filing
- Professional Tax and other state/local statutory compliances
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and general ledger entries
- Process vendor payments and manage employee reimbursements
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and statutory authorities for audits and assessments
- Monitor bank transactions, reconciliations, and cash flows
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and taxation laws

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce




- 1–3 years of experience in accounting and statutory compliance
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Zoho
- Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and other statutory regulations
- Hands-on experience with Tally or other accounting software
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy
- Good communication skills for liaising with auditors, vendors, and employees

Preferred

- Experience in a startup, NBFC, or fintech environment
- Ability to manage multiple statutory deadlines simultaneously

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
